*Heating plate: made of steel plate, polish plate.
*Steam pipe for heating plate, divided into 3 sections, respectively.
*Use roller on heating section and cooling section, can make the paperboard slick and plane.
*Optional :Use chain block(shoes) on heating section and cooling section, can make the paperboard slick and plane.
*lift up-down by hydraulic.
*The heating temperature for each section can be controlled independently.
*For adjusting the tension of upper cotton belt with:
one set manual adjusting device;
one set pneumatic adjusting device.
*For adjusting the tension of lower cotton belt with:
one set manual adjusting device.
*Automatic deviationcorrecting device is applied for the upper cotton belt
