·The maintain trolley on conveyor bridge can take off the corrugated roller system and pressure roller system easily to repair.

·The corrugated roller system and pressure roller system designed in to module structure is convenient for maintenance or replacement.

·Glue system can be taken off separately to maintain.

·With rotational structure,it is no need to discharge the vacuum cover when repairing or replacing the corrugated rollers.

·Adjusting the sprayer system inside can keep the flute stable.

·Corrugated rollers, pressure roller and glue roller are pneumatically pressed which keeps the running stable.

·Glue gap adjusted electrically with digital display.

·Gap between corrugated roller and pressure roller, gap between corrugated roller and glue roller are adjusted synchronously.

·The corrugating roll is made of special alloy steel with grinding process and induction hardened ;Corrugated roll surface is chrome treated; the hardness can be HRC55-60.
